Since 2000, our real estate division has expanded into untapped opportunities (other than ASU plant and filling station) in the property sector. The property industry has been one of the most attractive industries in Surabaya, East Java. Samator Group saw that the property development in the south of Surabaya as an untapped opportunity for investment in particular and Indonesia in general. Some of the projects include the development of office building, education center, sky suites SOHO (Small Office Home Office), hotel, warehouse, etc.

As such, since 1995 Samator Group has offered a full range of integrated services of EPC for Air Separation Plant (ASP) project which ranges from project management, procurement, construction, commissioning to start-up, mechanical engineering, revamping, as well as installation of industrial and laboratory gas pipeline system. As healthcaresectorbecame one of our major customers, Samator Group also provide EPC service for healthcare industry namely medical gas pipeline system, medical healthcare equipment installation and other similar services. Past projects included our internal and external projects (ie. Pertamina, Iwatani Corporation and other local or foreign companies). Our EPC business continuously serves our internal group of companies for ASP construction.

In 2007, Samator Group has decided to enter into the local automotive industry in Indonesia. The automotive business started as a distributor agent of Mazda. On top of that, our automotive business also includes providing spare part sale and service center. In 2011, our automotive business was appointed as a distributor agent for Piaggio and Vespa, scooter motorcycles.

Our healthcare products and services include Medical Gas and Respiratory System, Medical Supply Equipment, Medical Monitoring System, Modular Operating Theatre, Onsite Generation System, and other medical application systems.

Our main product is hydrogen peroxide (with 30% and 50% concentration), however we also provide a customized product based on customers’ requests. Currently, we experience a higher demand in local market as compared to the country’s existing supply. In addition to hydrogen peroxide, we also supply food grade sorbitol and glucose We serve customers across a wide range of industries from pulp & paper, textile to other industries.

As the industry grows, Samator Group also establishes its presence by setting up plant and filling station facilities across Indonesia.
